Football dance project

Footballer-choreographer Ahilan Ratnamohan has been working with footballers and dancers for 10 years in various performance projects that have successfully toured internationally (see e.g. JOSSE JNR. or KLAPPSQUAD - KLAPPING INITIATION at this year's summer festival at Kampnagel).

Ahilan Ratnamohan is looking for dancers from Hamburg with a football background for his new show as part of the Football & Culture programme of the European Championship 2024, which will premiere at Kampnagel on 30 May 2024. The project is about authentic football movements that are choreographed; it is therefore important to have experience with football (11 vs. 11, futsal or street football).

Participation in rehearsals and performances will be remunerated.

A condition for participation is availability on the following dates:

• One rehearsal week in February (dates t.b.c.)
• All-day rehearsals 01. to 12.04.2024
• All-day rehearsals 29.04. to 29.05.2024
• Three performance days in the evening 30.05. to 01.06.
