

Sarah Ama Duah
Sarah Ama Duah lives and works in Berlin. She completed her Fine Arts studies at the Universität der Künste Berlin in 2026 with distinction and was awarded the Meisterschülerin title. She studied in the class of Jimmy Robert. Prior to this, she earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Fashion Design at the HAW Hamburg. In her practice, she combines sculpture and performance, exploring modes of sculptural
appreciation.
Her work has been presented at Humboldt Forum, Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Triennale Kleinplastik Fellbach, Performing Arts Festival Berlin at HAU 3, as well as internationally at the SCCA Savannah Centre
for Contemporary Art in Ghana. In 2025, Duah was honored with first prize in the framework of Wolfram Beck Sculpture Award.
