While living in exile in Berlin, journalist Can Dündar receives a letter from the man who was hired by the Turkish secret service to kill him because he knew too much about secret arms deals. Turkish journalist and author Can Dündar has been living in exile in Berlin for nine years. From there, he runs a web radio station critical of Erdogan, writes articles for German and international newspapers, makes documentary films, and publishes books in which he repeatedly points out the abuses in his homeland. Dündar pays a high price for his commitment. He is considered an enemy of the state in Turkey, and he is also threatened in Berlin. It is uncertain whether he will ever be able to return to his homeland. Nevertheless, he continues his work. At the KRASS Festival, he will present his latest book: ICH TRAF MEINEN MÖRDER (I Met My Killer).
