LATE TO THE PARTY by Trajal Harrell receives its German premiere at Kampnagel, performed by seven dancers from the Zurich Dance Ensemble. Inspired by Harrell's late discovery of Nina Simone, the choreography unfolds as a poetic reflection on arriving late, listening, and catching up. Moving between dance, music and memory, it encounters an artistic icon whose voice and presence reveal their lasting power across time.
