Unlike the usual poetry slam rules, costumes and props are not prohibited—everything is allowed, nothing is mandatory. An audience jury evaluates and decides who advances to the finals, who wins, and who loses. Seasoned poetry slammers with a rainbow background mix with queer newcomers.
