Following the enthusiastic reception of its launch at the Performative Book Fair in May 2025, Kampnagel is continuing its workshop programme on DEAF POETRY: as an event offering an in-depth exploration of the subject – and above all the practice! – of sign language poetry. Jon Savkin und Indika Sandaruwan invite deaf participants to take their first steps or expand their existing knowledge. And who knows: maybe this will result in small works of art that will find a stage at the SHUT UP & DANCE PARTY? The workshop was initiated and conceived by the Deaf Kampi group, which advises Kampnagel on accessibility for deaf guests and artists.
