René*e Reith

With TÄNZE FAST VERGESSENER GEISTER (AT), René*e Reith and her team have created a work of artistic and historical significance that interweaves contemporary dance, biographical performance, media choreography, and radio play aesthetics. At the center of this interdisciplinary production is the Hamburg-based trans artist Liddy Bacroff, who was murdered during the Nazi era. Reith creates spaces of memory and imagination on stage – for stories that have too often been forgotten and voices that remain marginalized to this day.
