Founded in 2022 by Hamburg-based musician, DJ, and salonnière Saeleen Bouvar, TRANSTRONICA is the world’s first trans music festival. transmissions marks its fourth edition, bringing together local and international trans artists and queer club and music communities at Kampnagel Club.
Day 1, Rhythms, stands for beat, language, and resistance: Indian rapper and producer Kinari connects global hip-hop perspectives with political lyricism and embodied presence, where music becomes a direct response to power and exclusion.
Day 2, Voices, centers voice, intimacy, and storytelling: Janis Sahraoui presents Cry with us, a work unfolding between pop, performance, and autobiographical intensity. TRANSMISSIONS transforms the Kampnagel Club into a space of solidarity and resistant celebration against the violence of erasure. A resonant space of shared memory and a living archive of queer present.
