Josep Caballero García

The choreographer Josep Caballero Garcia and his team are preparing their next production, which will premiere in spring 2022. Because they are interested in different perspectives on life, they want to work with people who do not come from the arts. For this four-day workshop you are looking for children and young people between 9 and 18 years old as well as adults who are over 60 years old. The workshop does not require any previous knowledge of dance, acting or singing. You can come to a few appointments or to the whole series. The times are defined with the sub-topics. Content of the workshop: »In it we will explore ourselves as sleeping people and ask ourselves how much life and future plans are in our sleep. Who are you when you sleep? What are you dreaming What do you forget about the day while you sleep? What are your motivations to get up when you wake up? If you were in a science fiction hibernation capsule, what would you wake up for?

Through movement and voice work in groups and also individually, we want to share our sleep and dream experiences and think with you about bodies and biographies of the future. «Josep Caballero Garcia
