In many parts of Europe, political parties propagating fascist forms of government are gaining ground. Why is the promise of democratic societies losing its appeal? Together with the Bulgarian artists Stephan Shtereff and Emilian Gatsov, LIGNA investigate where the attraction of fascism comes from. The audience is invited to reflect on fascist rule, on theatre, the aestheticization of politics, its subjectivation and the opportunities to act. Each person hears an individual track via headphones, which is synchronized with all others at the same time.
