Texttissues

The Performative Book Fair is not only about reading texts, but also about producing texts. We have invited authors and performers at the interface of text and space to examine texts as fabric, their structure under the power-critical magnifying glass - how they feel and sound, how they look. The contributions treat future text fabrics theoretically - or try them out practically right away: What texts will be produced in your dreamed future? What words, signs, narrative arcs do they use? Under what conditions are they produced? How are they shared with others? How are they published and kept? Who reads, listens, receives them, where and how? The contributions will be published online in writing, audio and video for the book fair.

With: Esther Dischereit, Ewe Benbenek, Kinga Tóth, Mati Shemoelof, Mina Jawad,
Olufemi Atibioke, Stefanie-Lahya Aukongo, Vishnu Vardhani Rajan, Zwoisy
Mears-Clarke.
