KRASS Kultur Crash Festival 2

The phenomenon of migration and how to deal with it is certainly one of the most important socio-political challenges of the future. KRASS, the Culture Crash Festival 2014 is focused on the future and is interested in the ideological vacuum left by the processes of globalization. The leading European societies consider the so-called multiculturalism an outdated political concept, without offering an alternative that re-defines reality. Behind the conservative voices, which try to preserve the homogeneous nation-state with all their might, hides an ideological attitude of denial, which KRASS wants to transform into communication. The second edition of the KRASS festival presents projects in which cultures collide, in which people from different cultural backgrounds influence each other to create something new. KRASS traces global processes: What moves us locally finds expression on the global stage and vice versa.
