UNDER [k]REATION - The Kampnagel Podcast

UNDER [k]REATION - The Kampnagel Podcast follows the multi-year renovation of a building that isn’t closing itself off, but rather opening up. As walls are moved and new spaces emerge, Kampnagel remains in motion: The GROSSE BÜHNE continues to host performances, the construction site itself becomes a stage as a PERFORMATIVE BAUSTELLE, and with [K] AND THE CITY, Kampnagel expands into Hamburg’s urban space. An open-heart surgery.

UNDER CREATION. THE SHOW GOES ON.
Once a month, Kampnagel Artistic Director Amelie Deuflhard and Kampnagel Executive Director Jonas Zipf speak with artists, architects, collaborators, and thinkers about what lies ahead: How do you bring a space to life when it’s constantly changing? How does a construction site become a space of artistic possibility? And what does a building in the making reveal about the future of the city, culture, and the public sphere?
