We mourn the loss of Catarina Felixmüller

"Catarina was a wonderful, passionate, and influential journalist. Her interviews, reports, and reviews were characterized by great expertise and humanity. She was a member of many juries and hosted countless events and conferences. She was omnipresent in Hamburg's cultural life. Privately, she was a good friend, a wise advisor, and a wonderful hostess. Her “girls' nights” at home were legendary. For many journalists, but also for us artists, she was a role model for journalism that is competent, committed, and humane, and less interested in click rates. Her untimely death leaves a great void for me and many others."
