At the close of the festival, the themes of the lectures and different artistic positions will return in this podium discussion, which is moderated by Silvia Bauer. The idea of »exile« will then subjected to an investigation from a variety of perspectives.

Wundern Über Tanawoʿ – Festival For Contemporary Iranian Art And Culture

The new festival WUNDERN ÜBER TANAWO’, founded by Raphaela Rößler and Sören Faika, is devoted to different levels of contrasting perspectives from the outside and inside of today’s Iran. The festival is multidisciplinary and will be a guest at the Elbphilharmonie, Yoko, Affenfaust Galerie and Alabama for four days of events. The theater piece by the director Hamid Pourazari, SEKUNDEN WIE JAHRE [SÂL SÂNIYE], will take place at Kampnagel, as well as a discourse and a concert program.
