INFARKTGLOBAL is a multimedia-installation performance dedicated to the concept of exile as sickness. Inspired by the biography and personal presence of Bosnian performer Goral P., whose language center was irreversibly damaged by a stroke, Hamburg director Branko Šimić and dramaturge Nikola Durić have crafted a depiction of a coronary that is both global and personal. Here, the individual body mirrors the world’s disorder and becomes a site of political conflict.
