After countless singles, EPs, concerts and tour support from Jack White, the Berlin band Gewalt, consisting of Helen Henfling, Jasmin Rilke, the drum machine LMMS and Patrick Wagner, will finally release their two-part debut album »Paradies« on Hamburg's Clouds Hill label this autumn. The band in their own words: »We are doomed. On our debut album Paradies we celebrate a very last warehouse party. Strobes tear the darkness apart. One last time we are beautiful like God, for a final dance. To a machine that threatens to devour us. Exuberant and taboo, austere and intoxicating at the same time. All energy at one point. It's as if violence is bursting at the seams«. The release will be accompanied by a small exclusive tour and after the cathartic noise mass at the last concert in 2019, it was simply not an option for the band not to play in Hamburg.
