What is swept under the carpet in Germany and the entire European community? The God's take this question as the occasion for artistic research and the resulting installation UNDER THE CARPET. Together with the audience, a traditional Bosnian carpet (Ćilim) is woven in the first phase of the project. Its threads and its structure of warp and weft, which meet in a complex weave, are symbolic of social unions, identities and people on the move of all kinds. In the second phase, the carpet will be exhibited and an installation will be created underneath it from image and video material collected in advance on the theme of Europe, identity and diaspora.
