PARADISE is an expansive multi-channel video installation by Hamburg artists Leyla Yenirce and Mazlum Nergiz that deals with the emotional language of the images of Kurdish martyrs and freedom fighters. The viewers are invited to a stressful, overstraining pictorial seance in which the artists measure the fine line between transfiguring mythology and resistant emancipation.
