Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui is famous for his transcultural approach and his furiously unleashed dance style. In FRACTUS V, he deals with the breaks between society and the individual. Inspired by the linguist Noam Chomsky and his demand that everyone protect themselves from the influence of political and social propaganda, Cherkaoui delves into the issue of information and manipulation in the technological age with his contemporary dancers from five countries as well as musicians from Japan, Korea, India and Congo.
