Sisu

The young theater group Sisu is developed by adolescents who grew up in Germany and by young refugees. With reference to Homer’s odyssey they discuss war and homeland. The Homer’s lines are combined with autobiographical texts by the adolescents. The antique questions are still current: although violence is disapproved and hardly restricted today, there are still wars and political conflicts. The intercultural theater project was started at Theaterschule Zeppelin (theater school Zeppelin).
