DAS REVIER is the smallest precinct in Europe and a ten-day immersive installation in public space. Together with experts and activists, the Hamburg-based performance collective SV Szlachta deconstructs the institution of the police. What is the horizon of a security policy that takes queerfeminist and BIPoC positions as a starting point and does not criminalize people but includes and empowers them? They know their methods, having watched their daily dose of German crime telly and investigate the cases that no one else in Germany ever works on. The performance will be complemented by a program of workshops and discussions.
