Maria Jeona Zoleta

The Filipino artist Maria Jeona Zoleta moves between pop culture, internet aesthetics and post-feminist representations of the body. Cartoons, toys, cyber fantasies and sexual imagery come together in her work, telling the story of a generation that has grown up with the World Wide Web, information overload and virtual identities. As part of Theatre Night, Zoleta will present a short performance she has created especially for the occasion.
