Wladimir Kaminer

Wladimir Kaminer is a german writer and columnist of russian -jewish origin. His collection of stories »Militärmusik « and »Russendisko« made him well known in many countries outside of Germany.

Kaminer writes his stories in german and not in his mother tongue Russian.

This year in winter Wladimir Kaminer starts his big reading tour to present his current book. But why only reading out stories, which have been published already? Preferably he reads out unpublished stories – some of them are just a few hours old before he presents them on the stage.
