THE W*ACKING & HOUSE FUNCTION, under the artistic direction of Yeliz Manuka, is a dance battle where the two styles Waacking and House meet. It creates a space where Waacking and House dancers come together to express themselves in their style, connect, and celebrate to the beats of live DJs. But THE W*ACKING & HOUSE FUNCTION is more than just a dance battle, where outstanding dancers face off in a knockout system to showcase their talent in front of the judges until there is a winner: It’s a moment of exchange, mutual inspiration, and shared rhythm. THE W*ACKING & HOUSE FUNCTION celebrates what unites: movement, music, and community. Whether dancing or cheering from the sidelines or the stands – presence matters.
