An all night performance party by and with Yousef Iskandar and his divine crew that will transport you into a magical utopia. At last, the oriental spirit is out of the shadows, so be ready to shake it off and enjoy the best Ramadan delicious finger sandwiches and munchies. For that very special occasion the infinitely talented DJ Saeleen Bouvar will stir up some seriously enchanting beats. This is a night to celebrate our queer diversity. Bring your smile, its a party!

Saeleen Bouvar is the founder and curator of TRANSTRONICA Festival, founder of the Salon Queertronique and the first trans* woman of electronic music from the Balkan region. Her esthetically and historically well-founded approach in her DJ sets translates into unique sound and dance experiences.

As salonière of the 2017 founded Salon Queertronique, Saeleen Bouvar enriches Hamburg’s club life with a substantial amount of trans* visibility at the decks. Her sets impress by her knowledge of three decades of queer club culture which is her source material for her meticulously mixed compositions. Following the aspect of «recreate-restore-reform”, she resurrects the old sounds of gay disco and the later queer clubs just to blend it with new elements into a new genre, always with a finessed, feminine elegance, between disco Chicago and acid house, electro clash and techno.

In the spirit of remembrance of music, she educates on social media about the often forgotten legacy of trans*femininity within the cultural life and brings attention to the exploitative nature of the cultural appropriation in the music and entertainment business.
