Quiet Space

The architecture collective "umschichten" has set up the first QUIET SPACE in the German theatre landscape in the Kampnagel foyer, a place for spectators and artists with and without disabilities to recharge their batteries, escape overstimulation and find peace. Together with experts with disabilities, "umschichten" has thought through and tested the space with their performance architecture method, which with its fluid, flexible and mobile properties is perfect for developing a pilot project.
