The Gym: Calisthenics Workout with Mailey & Musti

Calisthenics is a form of street workout and is characterised by easy accessibility and the possibility of mobile use and adaptation to the respective environment. In this course, we will do a full-body strength training whose exercises can be performed almost entirely without the use of other equipment. Whether it's a push-up, squat or dip, every muscle group will be activated here under the guidance of Mailey & Musti. Previous experience is not necessary, because no matter where you are at the moment, it's all about taking the next step and testing and expanding your own limits in the process.
