The Gym: Move. Fight. Work with Roman Kettner
Functional training integrates several muscles and muscle groups at the same time and aims to sensitise your own body awareness and develop more stability and improved coordination. Beyond work-life balance, no muscle is isolated here and so you can train functional movement sequences with Roman aka "The Kong" and further develop strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. In addition, in this intensive session Roman teaches the essential principles for an active defence that always thinks ahead and makes one's own scope of action the starting point of the movement. Ultimately, everything is a question of (body) posture.
