A black person is drawn in purple, neon green and neon pink, looking over her shoulder and drinking a drink from a plastic packet with a straw. The pattern on her sleeve is psychedelic and shimmering.

It's early summer and Kampnagel's club is buzzing. Directly after Don Jegosah's album release, yung_womb and Juba take over the floor and guarantee an ecstatic queer night between Reaggeton, 90s and Afrobeat with electronic influences. Explosive, sweaty beats and finest club atmosphere invite you to reclaim the dancefloor, so come in your finest hotpants... and help us decolonize this t(r)ans*floor!

yung_womb is a DJ and performer from Hamburg. She is part of SLIC unit a BIPOC only DJ network which she co-founded in 2020. In her club sets she graciously but fondly spins Baile Funk, Guaracha, Afrobeats, Dembow, Kuduro, DrumCore and Ballroom against the wall, challenging all our senses with the sweaty sounds of the Diaspora. It's hard not to get carried away by her performances and selections and once again connect our minds to the Culo.

Juba is a Berlin based dj from London, whose love of different types of African and African diasporic music leads her to focus afrobeats, Gqom, kuduro, afrohouse and highlife music.
