Ko To Tamo Peva
Past dates
In a live performance, the group ‘Autoput’ synchronises cult film KO TO TAMO PEVA (Who’s Singin’ Over There?) with great humour and a talent for improvisation. The 1973 film tells the story of a bus journey to Belgrade. Although the route is only 100km long, it takes a whole day to get there. The eclectic commuters are delayed by a highwayman and the army, and even wind up in a river bed. They reach their destination on 5th April 1941 as the Germans start bombing Belgrade. It is a story about the absurdity of everyday life in the face of war.
