Battle: Carte Blanche Krump – Roll of the Dice

Under the artistic direction of the Krump collective Teambuckmode (TBM), a Krump Battle will take place as part of Hamburg Dance Week, in which international and national dancers will compete. Krumping emerged in the early 2000s in the African-American community of South Central Los Angeles in California and was developed as an expressive dance with which its dancers express their stories, e.g. about social grievances.
