The Creative Technologies Meetup was launched as a series of events in 2015 by Jeanne Charlotte Vogt and Alexandra Waligorski together with Fab Lab Fabulous St. Pauli. The initiators were primarily interested in finding like-minded people and potential accomplices in Hamburg and bringing them into contact with each other: Female artists, designers, programmers* and other people who are interested in the artistic and critical use of technology. At least two people present their work in a relaxed atmosphere, food and drinks provide the basis for staying and exchanging.

In the fourth Creative Technologies Meetup Hamburg 2022 the residency artists Liva Dudareva, Jazmin Morris and Pablo Somonte Ruano will present their projects and discuss with guests.

From Hamburg, the team around the XR project "Dance Machines," initiated by the choreographer Regina Rossi, will be present that evening, focusing primarily on border experiences of the body. The digital artist Gloria Schulz and the choreographer and performer Sarah Lasaki will give an insight into their work on the multimedia dance experience and their experiences with an intergenerational audience
