DĀM-FUNK

Known as Los Angeles' »Ambassador of Boogie Funk«, Dām-Funk spent the last few years cultivating a musical renaissance rooted in the early-'80s styles known as Boogie, Modern Soul and Electro-Funk. He has become an influential force in current music production, collaborating with the likes of Animal Collective, Flying Lotus, Erykah Badu or recently Snoop Dog (with whom he founded 7 Days of Funk). In a live set with band, Dām-Funk will plugg in his arsenal of vintage synths and drum machines to channel galactic harmonies into his own hyper vibrant brand of new boogie funk.
