The long-established literary television format "Das literarische Quartett" has repeatedly met with disapproval, and not just in the feature pages. For some years now, it has been increasingly pointed out that only a part of the literary production that takes place in this country is discussed there, and from a homogeneous critic's perspective. To counteract this imbalance, Pajam Masoumi and Alina Buchberger have invented an error-friendly and anti-canonical counterpart. In its fifth prime time edition, DAS KRITIKABLE QUEERTETT once again sets out in search of ways to talk about, argue about and appreciate literature from multiple perspectives. The following books are discussed by the critics

  • Raphaëlle Red: »Diese bittere Erde (ist womöglich nicht, was sie scheint)« by Saidiya Hartman
  • Sofia Ocherednaya: »Gewässer im Ziplock« by Dana Vowinkel
  • Meryem Choukri: »Insel der verlorenen Erinnerung« by Yoko Ogawa
