People lined up dance with their legs bent upwards. They are festively dressed, mainly in black and white. They are mirrored in the middle. Lightning bolts protrude from the corners. An organ red background at the top, a blue background at the bottom.

The successful event series DUB-KE presents the wide world of “Arab Techno”. The musical spectrum encompasses various styles and genres from “Arab Trap” to “Oriental House”. The name of the party series is already an homage to hybrid forms: Dabke is the name of the traditional folklore dance – DUB-KE is its technoid transcription. And before the basses really start to thump, Weam Issa plays his davul (drum) and Rama Saifo and Majd Hanna teach the basics of traditional dabke. And then it’s time to dance, Habibis!
