The children's and family concert will be a musical journey around the world - the four boys from Elbtonal Percussion will tell you about the great world of percussion. The most diverse percussion instruments and rhythms of distant countries and foreign cultures will be examined in detail. A particular focus here is on drumming on everyday objects. Pots, plates, pans, buckets and much more are played with wooden spoons, whisks and brushes. There is a bucket ballet and aluminum ladders meet up with cement mixing buckets. Elbtonal Percussion also shows how you can make great rhythms by clapping and stamping without any instruments, just using your own body. At the end, the young spectators can take to the stage and try out the many instruments from all over the world for themselves under the guidance of the percussion professionals.

Percussion Jan-Frederick Behrend, Francisco Manuel, Anquas Rodriguez, Stephan Krause und Sönke Schreiber
