Rûveyda

The Anatolian singer and spoken-word artist Rûveyda combines poetry and music into a lyrical expression of her experiences as a young Muslim woman in the diaspora. On stage, she invites the audience into this intimate artistic process, creating a deep sense of connection – especially when she sings a cappella in her first language, Turkish.
