I.V. NUSS

In R-O-N=O, I.V. Nuss experimentally explores the boundaries of gender, text, and genre; autofiction and sharp social analysis collide with road trips and sexual fantasies. Nuss creates characters who find refuge in the strangeness of being animal, whose fursuits and personas negate and transcend the factuality of reality. I.V. Nuss is a freelance author based in Berlin and has received numerous awards, including literary grants from the Berlin Senate and the German Literature Fund. Her debut novel DIE REALITÄT KOMMT (DIAPHANES, 2022) was nominated for various prizes, such as the German Pop Literature Prize and the Rauriser Prize for Literature.
