Born in South Africa, the uprising choreographer Jessica Nupen chose to live in Hamburg. Her works are circling around political topics and social issues most of the time. For her deut at Kampnagel, she decided to take the Shakespeare-classic ROMEO & JULIET and transform it into a transcultural piece of art.
