Jo-L: Performance Psychology – Concessions as Key to Creation

The Hamburg dancer Jo-L is currently working on his PhD thesis on the psychological and cognitive connections between dance and its production of meaning. In his lecture he will present tools for developing routines (choreographic scores that characterize a hip-hop dancer’s style) and their reception in order to give dancers and choreographers more security and tools for the next battles.
