With Tortoise and The Sea and Cake inthe early 1990s, Sam Prekop and John McEntire set the tone for the ideas of Chicago Post Rock and shaped an entire generation of musicians. In addition to their band and solo projects, Sam Prekop and John McEntire also come together at irregular intervals for live musical experiments. As the second set of the evening the Düsseldorf musician Stefan Schneider (among others To Rococo Rot) presents his new album.
