Contemporary dance, hip-hop and gaming meet – the young dancers approach digital worlds, games and urban space in a moving way. They fearlessly question strategies for dance movement in public space, using scores and movement instructions to move with, around and past each other. THE STREET BELONGS TO US functions like a game: fixed patterns of movement meet rules of the game, which give rise to a lively improvisation that invites you to watch and linger.
