The main goal was to create a macro-choreography in which organization, discipline, precision, and formation are gradually disrupted by individuality, gesture, eroticism, and sensitivity.

Marco da Silva Ferreira

The portuguese choreographer Marco da Silva Ferreira is considered one of the leading voices of the international dance scene. His acclaimed works are deeply influenced by the aesthetics of club and pop culture, combining physical virtuosity with socio-political inquiry. In F*CKING FUTURE, Ferreira creates an intense, physically charged choreography in a 360-degree setting, with the audience seated around the stage and becoming an integral part of the experience. Together with seven dancers, he crafts a powerful portrait of our time, bringing together dystopian visions, music-video aesthetics, affect, and contemporary political reflection.
