In times of doubt or fear, many resort to belief in spiritual forces or superpowers to feel safe. Yousef Iskandar is dedicated to people who have been taught that their fantasies are evil and the divine powers are against their existence. How is it possible to break this spell? What rituals are necessary to heal? The video installation is a mixture of images and sounds that belong to the same culture, but which are not actually allowed to be mixed together or coexist in one space.
