Damon Frost, a legendary street dancer and a pioneer of the European popping scene, is known for his smooth, elastic movements that earned him the nickname “Rubberband Man.” Having performed globally and judged high-profile competitions like Juste Debout, Frost brings decades of expertise to his workshops.
This open-level Popping workshop will focus on body isolations, rhythm, and coordination, offering dancers of all levels a chance to explore the art of Popping.
