As a non-attached MEP, the former TITANIC editor-in-chief and DIE PARTEI founder Martin Sonneborn has been sitting in the European Parliament since 2014, where he uses his speaking time to confront Ursula von der Leyen with dead refugees at the EU's external borders or EU deals with pharmaceutical companies and dictatorships. As (in)official spokesman for the EU, he also produces YouTube videos with biting comments on the European community’s values connected to LGBT-free zones and the "cheap ballroom troop" NATO. The satirist counters criticism of his contempt for democracy by tirelessly engaging with democratic structures and educating people about parliamentary work - always with the conviction that humor is the better weapon. Now Sonneborn returns to Kampnagel to present – in German – »an unagitated multimedia spectacle with funny films and brutal political agitation in favor of the PARTEI, which is still grabbing power in Germany unnoticed.«
