Reading

Author and journalist Hengameh Yaghoobifarah has been a member of the editorial team at Missy Magazine since 2014. Their debut novel "Ministerium der Träume" (Ministry of Dreams) was published in 2021, and between 2016 and 2022 they wrote the column "Habibitus" in the taz, which dealt with body politics, racism, queer feminism, fashion and pop culture. With wit, attitude and a feel for the most relevant issues of our time, Hengameh Yaghoobifarah questions supposed certainties and exposes everything that is going wrong in Germany. The volume of the same name brings together the most incisive contributions.

Concert

Singer Nilgün Aksoy is accompanied by lutes of the saz family and frame drums in this melancholic concert. The evening presents music from the Caucasus to Thrace with maqame, rhythms and poetry.
