The CONGRESS OF FUTURES is the grand finale of the “Zukünfte” project by the performance collective wirvier. Four Hamburg-based artists collaborated with 125 young people from five school classes across Hamburg, in cooperation with the “Futures Studies” course at Freie Universität Berlin and science fiction author Aiki Mira. The students explored artistically a range of futuristic possibilities and theories, acting out future scenarios in this large-scale theater and research project.
Program:
2:00–3:30 PM Short performances by five Hamburg theater classes on the topic of futures
4:00 PM Public panel discussion and panel, conversation between youth groups
