An Ibero-American distance party with a live program full of melodies and rhythms from the South of America, plus DJs to accompany you through a wild summer dream. According to the new general decree it is not allowed to dance physically, but internally it is.

Las Flores Doradas unite colourful electric guitars with poetic groove. Disco and experimental rock let you drift away and call you back to the dancefloor.

Ocama means »to listen« in the Taino indigenous language from the Caribbean. Steven López and Camilo Bueno combine experimental soundscapes with Latin/Caribbean rhythms and spiritually inspired songs. Ocama will guide you in a mystical musical journey to listen to your inner voice.

Wald-Bühne 19:00 – 20:00 KONZERT: JENS FRIEBE (SOLO)

The originally planned concert with Joachim Franz Büchner unfortunately has to be canceled, but will be rescheduled in autumn.

»The only German pop star« (Rolling Stone) and »Gender Boy role model« (Missy Magazine): Jens Friebe has been able to collect praises of the enlightened pop art world since the mid-2000s. After being recommended to the ZickZack label by Jochen Distelmeyer as a fellow musician of this year's summer festival guests such as Christiane Rösinger or Linus Volkmann, Friebe quickly evolved to become a camp-glamorous poster boy of German-speaking discourse pop. Since then Friebe has happily broken with conventions and is known for his smart and creative use of gender, humor and language. Fittingly, the title of his most recently released album is »Fuck Penetration« (Staatsakt).

Festival Avant-garten Information

This year, the festival garden designed by JASCHA&FRANZ will be as special as the summer festival: In Hamburg's pearl of art leisure parks, there will not only be installations, performances and culinary delights, but also a daily changing programme on two open-air stages (details in the programme overview). Due to the Corona-related capacity restrictions for events, tickets for the individual evenings in the garden are available for the symbolic price of 3 Euros in advance and additionally at the Festival box office. A third stage is located on the piazza at the main entrance (free of charge with a seat outside the Peacetanbul Restaurant). With a ticket for another festival performance on the same evening you can enter the garden for free - as long as there is enough capacity, otherwise there might be bridgeable waiting times.

HYGIENE RULES FOR YOUR VISIT

This year the summer festival takes place under special circumstances. Therefore it is important that we observe security measures to protect everyone and collect the contact information of our guests. This works without complications, but only with your help:

· Everywhere: Keep a distance of 1.5m, except in self-chosen groups of max. 10 people;

· In all indoor areas: Wear mouth-nose-protection, except in fixed seating areas;

· In the festival garden and in the Peacetanbul Restaurant: please always register as soon as you take a seat. The registration is done analogue with pen and paper or digital via a QR CODE. More information on site.
